The mission of the International Students Association at Sauder (ISAS) is to “unite and represent intentional students of the Sauder School of Business and promote global citizenship and cross-cultural awareness among all Sauder and UBC students.”
The following are some of the goals for ISAS:
- to unite and represent international students at Sauder School of Business and UBC
- to promote global citizenship and cross-cultural awareness
- to provide a peer support network for international students
- to facilitate communication between Sauder international students, CUS, AMS, and GSS
- to advocate for increases in financial aid, employment opportunities, and proper tuition consultation with international students
- to improve experience of international students at UBC
- to become a single portal for international students at Sauder that supports their challenges and provide an expert advice
