All strong business school have one thing in common: great alumni that are involved with the school. At Sauder, we’ve always had the first part. It's about time we took care of the second.
It is my contention that we graduate some amazing people and we are all part of a great tradition. In the last few years everyone at the school has been working hard at the second part, getting our alumni involved. The Commerce Undergraduate Society joined the effort by creating an Alumni Relations Director and allocating part of our budget to provide opportunities for alumni to reconnect with your alma mater.

TASTE: Take a Student to Eat
When you were in Sauder, did you ever wish you could have met an alumnus in your field of interest in the Vancouver business world? Well, here’s your chance to give that opportunity to a current Sauder student who wants it just as much as you did! The Alumni Relations committee wants to give you a chance to continue to be a part of your alma mater! You will be paired with a student in your field who has similar interests, so you have a base to start conversations on, and will take them out for a lunch to get to know them and give them a chance to pick your brains and you a chance to reflect back on your times as a Sauder student!
Be a business delegate and get a free lunch!
Every year the Commerce Undergraduate Society hosts major conferences on a variety of different subjects ranging from Sustainability to Entrepreneurship and International Business. Not only will you get to listen to amazing speakers, you will also give students attending the conference a great opportunity to start networking and meeting business professionals such as yourself. Most of our events are hosted downtown and you will be able to attend for just the lunch if you are busy! For more information email us at alumni@cus.sauder.ubc.ca and we will help you navigate through all our options.
