If you are seeking media coverage for a CUS event, please ensure that:
1. You contact the Visual Media Team at least one week in advance
2. You indicate, with reasoning, how many photographers and/or videographers are required
3. You include how you would like the photos/videos to be used prior/during/after the event
4. You provide all relevant event information (ie. detailed schedules and exact locations)
To maintain efficiency, please ensure that all of the above are considered prior to requesting CUS Visual Media assistance.
