FROSH is a university orientation tailored to all incoming commerce students.

Frosh may just possibly be the most insane weekend of your life!!! It is without-a-doubt the BEST way to start off your undergraduate experience at Sauder.

Frosh will destroy any nerves and anxiety you have about starting university and replace them with 3 days of games, events, activities, cheering, dancing and orientation workshops, and 2 nights of ridiculous partying and taking over a hotel. 24 groups of incoming students, doing WHATEVER it takes to win the infamous spirit cup!

We have an amazing team of leaders and executive, so excited to welcome you to the Sauder family and make this weekend a weekend you will never forget. Friendships are made at Frosh that last throughout your degree and further, and we promise you will leave Frosh weekend unbelievably stoked for your next 4 years at Sauder.
