UBC Marketing Association (UBCMA) is proud to be one of Sauder’s largest student organizations, the recipient of the CUS Top Club Award in 2009 and the second runner-up in 2010.
What is the purpose of UBC Marketing Association?
Our vision is to bring together those with interests in marketing and show our members the full potential a marketing career has to offer. Through events, such as our signature “Gateways: the Evening Conference”, “MarketMix Careers Tradeshow”, “Connect 4 Networking Night”, various information sessions and creative competitions, UBCMA provides a diverse range of opportunities for students to learn more, develop and express their passion for marketing and gain access to potential careers.
Our mission statement of “Connect. Create. Discover.” is one that caters to all individuals—whether you are an undergraduate student looking to find out more about marketing, or an upper-level student aiming to establish valuable industry relationships and pursue your dream job. For the diehards and casual marketers, alike, UBCMA provides numerous opportunities to connect with others in an open, positive environment.

How do I join?
In September, we are hosting booths on campus in the Henry Angus Building, outside Henry Angus during Business Week, and at the SUB during Clubs Days. Visit the booth to sign up. Please check our Calendar for specific times and locations.
